About Me

Bonnie Lubet is a professional counselor/psychotherapist, licensed substance abuse counselor, RN, and special education consultant specializing in individual, couples and group therapy, and maintains a private practice in Madison, Wisconsin.

With over 27 years of collective experience as a RN,  therapist, substance abuse counselor and special education consultant/advocate and as a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University specializing in Community Mental Health, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are ADHD, Autism spectrum disorders, substance abuse, divorce support, parenting including parenting children with special needs, post partum depression, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, relationship issues among others.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Bonnie Lubet has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of ADHD, Autism, Special education services,Parent to Parent conferences, Teen pregnancy, and post partum depression
 

Bonnie is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges in a accepting and safe enviornement. She integrates scientifically research base methodologies and techniques,  to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
